Renner Adventure
Program to integrate family-company
Renner Adventure, project adopted by Metalgráfica Renner of Gravataí / RS, is an adventure meeting that gathers our employees’ children to work on a specific theme through dynamic activities, lectures, etc. During winter vacation there is a weekend camp.
 Objectives:
- To promote the integration between Renner Herrmann S.A. and the employees’ families;
- To provide moments of leisure and culture to our employees’ children;
- To promote a healthy socialization group.
Reach:
Employees’ children, ages between 11 and 14.
Past editions:
Five meetings have been held so far, attending 175 teenagers. The themes approached were: solidarity, drugs, sexuality, family relations and citizenship.
