Férias Coloridas Temáticas (Thematic vacation program)
Program to integrate family-company
This program was implemented at Renner Herrmann S.A. –Divisão de Tintas Marítimas & Manutenção Industrial (Protective Coatings division), in Curitiba / PR. The company periodically gathers its collaborators’ children to deal with important current subjects, such as:
- Environment (the ozone layer, global warming, sorting trash, recycling, etc);
- Work Market (for teenagers over 16) - a program in which we elaborate their curriculum, simulate interviews, discuss professions and provide vocational tests with a specialist;
- Sexuality (for teenagers over 15 ) - a program in which we discuss sexually transmitted diseases, prevention and protection forms and pregnancy among teenagers.
