Férias Coloridas (Vacation program)
Program to integrate family-company
The Renner Herrmann S.A. group has implemented this program at Metalgráfica Renner, in Gravataí / RS. It is a vacation meeting that gathers our employees’ children to promote leisure and culture during their school recess. During summer vacation, the meeting is held in two days. On the first day, there is a meeting at the company, in which parents and children share experiences within the work environment. On the second day, there is a field trip.
 Objectives:
- To promote integration between Renner Herrmann S.A. and the employees’ families;
- To provide moments of leisure and culture to our employees’ children.
- To show our employees’ children how their parents work.
Reach:
Employees’ children from 06 to 10 years old.
Past editions:
Eight groups have been formed so far, catering for a total of 423 children. The visited places were: museums, zoo, farms schools, preservation areas, historical cities, etc.
