Projeto Formar
Program to integrate family-company-community
This project, implemented at Renner Sayerlack of Cajamar / SP, company part of the Renner Herrmann S.A. group, attends our collaborators’ children and relatives as well as deprived teenagers from the community. It offers them the opportunity to know the company and prepares them for the job market through a mini-company program. With this program, teenagers experience all the divisions of a company under the supervision of specialists in human resources, finance, production, sales and marketing. They produce, sell and evaluate the results of their efforts.
Objective: To contribute to social and educational development of teenagers between 14 and 16 years old, among them our employees’ children and teenagers form the local community.
Method: The formation process lasts 12 months and during this period teenagers learn about health, computer science, environment, communication, career advice, work market, citizenship, conduct, as well as personal and professional ethics.
The expected result is that the teenagers acquire competences and skills that later will be important for their professional lives.
- Besides the standard course contents, the teenagers receive a computer science scholarship that covers the Windows platform, Word, Excel, Power Point and the Internet.
